The Managers module governs the administrative user hierarchy in Ringingo. It controls who can access the Admin Portal, what they can see and modify, and how platform visibility is segmented across management roles. The module has two sub-sections: Manager Role and Manager.

Manager roles

Manager Roles are permission templates that define what an administrative user can see and do in the Admin Portal. Every Manager account must be linked to a Manager Role, so create the role before the account. From the Manager Role screen you can:
  • Create a new role using + Create Manager Role.
  • Search existing roles by keyword.
  • Toggle a role Active or Inactive.
  • Edit permissions using the pencil icon.
  • Delete a role using the trash icon.
A Manager Role must be Active before it can be assigned to a Manager account. Deactivating a role does not deactivate the manager accounts using it; it restricts their portal access until a new active role is assigned.

Manager accounts

The Manager screen lists all administrative accounts (Super Admins, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, QA Auditors, Client Observers). Each account is linked to a Manager Role and a SIP Device.
Ensure the Manager Role is configured and active before creating a Manager account, and assign a valid SIP Device for voice-enabled accounts.

User Roles

Permission templates for agent-level accounts.

SIP Devices

Register voice endpoints for users and managers.
