Prerequisites
- Admin Portal access at admin-uae.ringingo.com
- Carrier SIP trunk credentials (username, password, domain)
- At least one DID number provisioned by your carrier
- A CSV of leads to dial
Set up in order

Create a SIP trunk
Go to Outgoing Rules → SIP Trunks and add your carrier’s credentials. Wait for the registration status to show Online before continuing. See SIP trunks.

Create an Outgoing Rule
In Outgoing Rules → Outgoing Rules, link a rule to your trunk and set number manipulation (prefix, strip, prepend). Add at least one failover trunk. See Outgoing rules.

Add a SIP device for each agent
In Users → SIP Devices, create a device per agent. You’ll assign these when creating agent accounts. See SIP devices.

Create user roles, groups, and users
Create a User Role granting Call Center Mode, a User Group tied to your Outgoing Rule, and one User per agent. See Agents.

Add your inbound number (DID)
In Incoming Rules → DIDs, register your carrier-provisioned number. See DIDs.

Import leads
In Lead Management → Lead Group, create a batch, then import your CSV in Leads. See Leads.

Create an Outbound Campaign
In Contact Center → Outbound Campaign, set dial method (Auto, Preview, or Manual), assign the lead group and outgoing rule, and configure retries and CPS. See Outbound campaigns.

Verify dispositions and DNC
Review the disposition list in Contact Center → Dispositions and load any suppression numbers in DNC. See Dispositions and DNC.
Result
Agents log in, select the campaign, and the dialer begins connecting live customers. Monitor progress on the Realtime Dashboard.Next steps
