The DNC module maintains Ringingo’s Do Not Call registry, a suppression list of phone numbers that must not be contacted by any outbound campaign. When a number is on the DNC list, the dialer automatically skips it across every campaign, regardless of which lead group contains the number. DNC compliance is a mandatory regulatory requirement under TRAI guidelines and equivalent telecoms regulations in other jurisdictions.

Update the DNC list before launching any outbound campaign. TRAI regulations impose penalties for contacting numbers on the National Do Not Call registry. Ringingo cross-checks all campaign leads against the DNC list at dial time, and DNC-listed numbers are automatically skipped without counting as a dial attempt.
