Ringingo groups several live and queue-focused reports for supervisors managing the floor in real time. Each report answers a different question about inbound traffic and agent responsiveness.

Live Calls

Real-time view of every call currently active on the platform. Each row is a live call in progress, updated as calls connect and disconnect. Supervisors use it to monitor agents live, identify long-duration calls that may need intervention, and spot campaigns with unusually high volume.

Missed Calls

Logs all inbound calls that arrived on the platform but were not answered within the SLA timeout. Each entry includes the calling number, the DID it arrived on, the campaign or queue it was routed to, the arrival time, and the timeout that elapsed before abandonment.

Call Queue Report

Measures the performance of every configured Call Queue over a date range. Shows total calls entering each queue, answered, abandoned, and overflowed to fallback, plus average wait time and service level percentage (calls answered within the SLA threshold).

Dropped Calls

Captures every instance where a call was successfully connected to an agent then abandoned by the agent before the interaction completed (agent ended the call prematurely without applying a disposition). Key QA metric for identifying agents who drop calls to avoid difficult interactions.

Realtime Report

Live, auto-refreshing operational dashboard consolidating agent and campaign KPIs. Used for live floor management: agent states, campaign pacing, call volumes, and queue depths from a single screen. See Realtime Dashboard for the full breakdown.
