Audit Admin Actions in the Activity Log

The Activity Log is Ringingo’s comprehensive audit trail. It records every administrative action performed on the platform: configuration changes, user management, campaign modifications, and system events. Each entry captures who performed the action, when, from where, and the outcome. The Activity Log is a critical compliance and governance tool. Administrators and security teams use it to investigate configuration changes, audit user activity, and reconstruct event timelines for incident response and regulatory review.

Fields

Field	Description
Activity	Colour-coded badge for the action type. Timestamp appears below the badge.
Performed By	Admin or user account that executed the action, shown as Display Name / Tenant Name.
System	IP address and browser or client used.
Location	Geographic location of the device, derived from IP geolocation.
Resource	Module affected by the action, along with HTTP method (POST, PUT, DELETE).
Campaign	Campaign associated with the action, or N/A.
Status	HTTP response code (201 = creation, 200 = update, 4xx/5xx = error).
Log ID	Unique identifier for the entry. Use during investigations for precise lookup.

Use the Filters panel and Search by Keyword field to locate specific events. Filter by date range, user, resource type, or HTTP status code to isolate the log entries relevant to an investigation or compliance review.
