Time Conditions apply schedule-based routing rules to inbound Ringingo calls. They let the platform route calls differently depending on time of day, day of week, or public holiday. A typical use case is routing calls to an IVR during business hours and to voicemail outside them.

Schedule row

Time Conditions evaluate schedule rows from highest priority (lowest number) downward. Always test the configuration by checking which row matches a specific date and time before going live. A misconfigured schedule can silently route calls to the wrong destination outside business hours.
