Caller-ID Groups are pools of outbound phone numbers (CLIs) that Ringingo rotates through during campaign dialing. Instead of displaying a single fixed number, the platform cycles through multiple numbers, which improves answer rates and reduces number blocking by recipients.

Group list fields

Use Caller-ID Groups for outbound campaigns with high dial volumes. Rotating through a pool of numbers reduces the risk of individual numbers being flagged as spam by carriers or call-blocking apps, which directly improves connect rates.

Create a Caller-ID Group

1

Open the form

Click + Create Caller ID Group.
2

Name the group

Enter a unique Caller Id Group name (for example, UAE-Sales-CLIs) and set Status to Enable.
3

Add phone numbers

Re-open the group via the edit (pencil) icon to add individual phone numbers to the pool.
The Caller-ID Group creation form captures only the group name. Phone numbers are added to the group after creation by editing the group record. Ensure all numbers in the pool are provisioned and activated with your carrier before assigning the group to a live campaign.
