Register softphones and desk phones as SIP endpoints so Ringingo can route inbound and outbound calls to your users and managers.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Device Name / Username | Unique SIP username used to register the device with Ringingo. |
| Password | SIP authentication credential (masked in the admin view). |
| Status | Active (registered and reachable) or Inactive (unregistered or offline). |
| Assigned To | The manager or user this device is linked to. Typically one device per account. |
| Actions | Edit credentials (pencil) or delete the device registration (bin). |

| Device Name (required) | Descriptive label (for example, Agent-Desk-01). Visible in dropdowns. |
| User Name (required) | SIP username the softphone uses to register. Must be unique on the account. |
| Password (required) | SIP authentication password. Enter this into the softphone alongside the username and SIP server domain. |
| Caller ID Name | Display name shown to the called party unless overridden by a campaign caller ID. |
| Caller ID Number | Outbound CLI displayed when the device dials. Selected from configured numbers. |
| User (required) | The agent or manager account this device is assigned to. |
| Status | Enable to activate immediately, or Disable to save without registering. |
