Voice Broadcasting delivers pre-recorded audio messages to a list of phone numbers automatically, without live agents. Each broadcast campaign defines the schedule, caller ID configuration, retry parameters, AMD (Answering Machine Detection) behaviour, and recording settings. Ringingo tracks connection rates, delivery status, and playthrough completion for each run in real time.

Fields

Enable AMD for all Voice Broadcast campaigns targeting mobile numbers. Without AMD, pre-recorded messages may play into voicemail inboxes and generate customer complaints.
Configure Start Time and End Time to comply with TRAI calling hour restrictions (typically 09:00 to 21:00 local time). Broadcasts that run outside permitted hours may result in regulatory violations and carrier-level call blocking.
