Create audio conference rooms for team huddles, three-way customer calls, or supervised training. Secure rooms with PINs and enable recording.
| Field | Description |

| Room Name | Unique identifier and display name. |
| PIN | Numeric access code required for participants to join. |
| Admin PIN | Separate PIN for the moderator with host-level controls. |
| Max Members | Max participants permitted in the room simultaneously. |
| Record | Enable to record all audio from the session. Recordings appear in the Recording module. |
| Status | Toggle to activate or deactivate the room. |
