The CDR report captures full metadata for every call: agent, campaign, duration, IVR path, disposition, and a direct link to the recording.
Navigate to Reports
Select CDRs
Apply filters
| Filter | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Start Date / End Date | Date and time range for call records. |
| Caller ID Name | Filter by the name associated with the incoming caller ID. |
| Caller ID Number / DID | Filter by the specific DID that received the call. |
| Phone Number | Records involving a specific customer number. |
| User ID | Limit records to a particular agent or extension. |
| IVR/CQ Name | Calls that passed through a specific IVR menu or Call Queue. |
| Duration | Filter by call length (for example, longer than 60 seconds). |
| Direction | Inbound or Outbound. |
| Campaign Options | Limit records to a specific campaign. |
| Level 0 Hangup Cause | Reason the call disconnected. |
