A campaign in Ringingo is a configured call workflow that determines how calls are made or received. Every campaign is made up of smaller components (Call Queues, Ring Groups, IVRs, Lead Groups, DIDs) that you set up first and then link inside the campaign form.

What to set up for each type

Setup order

Follow this order to avoid errors. Components must exist before they can be linked inside a campaign.

Create supporting components

Build the Lead Group, DID, Call Queue, Ring Group, IVR, Audio Prompt, Web Form, or Messaging Queue you need.

Create the main campaign

Fill in Name, Dial Method, Outgoing Rules, and other basic fields.

Link supporting components

Open the Advance Fields section and link the components created in step 1.

Enable the campaign

Set Status to Enable to make the campaign live.
