How to Block Inbound Calls

The Block Inbound Calls feature allows administrators to create a blacklist of numbers that the platform is automatically rejecting before they enter any routing flow.

Navigate to Block Inbound Calls

Go to Incoming Rules → Block Inbound Calls in the left sidebar menu.

Create a new block rule

Click + Create Block Inbound Call.

Fill in the fields

Field	Description
Name (required)	A descriptive label for this block rule. Used only for admin identification.
Type (required)	The type of block: Number (blocks a specific phone number or extension) or other available pattern types.
Value (required)	The actual number, prefix, or pattern to block.
Status	Enable to enforce the block immediately. Disable to create without activating.

Save the rule

Click Save.

Blocking a number is immediate and silent. The blocked caller receives no notification. Verify the number carefully before enabling a block rule.
