Go to Incoming Rules → IP Mapping in the left sidebar menu.

Create a new IP Mapping
Click + Create IP Mapping.

Fill in the fields

Save the mapping
Click Save.

Create a new IP Mapping
Fill in the fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| IP (required) | The source IP address or CIDR block (e.g. 203.0.113.10 or 203.0.113.0/24) of the trusted carrier or network device. |
| Set Prefix | An optional digit prefix to prepend to the inbound caller ID number for calls arriving from this IP source. Useful when a carrier sends numbers without a country code. |
| Status | Enable to activate the whitelist entry immediately. |
