How to Navigate the Agent Dashboard - Ringingo Knowledgebase

After logging in, the Agent Dashboard (Phone screen) is loading as the main working screen. All tools required during a shift are accessible from this view.

Dashboard Layout

Element	Description
Left Navigation Menu	Provides access to all platform sections: Phone, My Leads, Recording, My Call Logs, Follow Up, Login/Logout Report, and Message.
Waiting Calls Widget	Displays the number of calls currently waiting in the queue. Shows separate counts for Outbound (calls the system is dialling) and Inbound (calls from customers waiting to be connected).
Today’s Overview	A live counter of call activity for the current shift. Shows Total, Outbound, and Inbound call counts.
Call History	A log of recent calls from the current session. Updates automatically after each call ends.
Active Calls Panel	Displays live call controls during an active call: hold, mute, transfer, and hang up.
Lead Information Panel	Shows the customer’s details pulled automatically from the lead list during an active call.
Connection Status Bar	A green status bar at the top of every page indicating the health of your connection.

Understanding the Status Bar

Status	Action
WebRTC: Connected / Network: Online	All good. You are ready to make and receive calls.
WebRTC: Disconnected	Refresh the page. If it does not reconnect, restart the browser and log in again.
Network: Offline	Check your internet connection. Contact IT support if it does not resolve.
Campaign shows wrong name	Log out and log in again, selecting the correct campaign.

If WebRTC shows as Disconnected, refresh your browser. If the problem persists, inform your supervisor immediately. You cannot make or receive calls without it.
