Sign in to the Ringingo platform at the start of every shift using your browser, credentials, and assigned campaign.
Open the Ringingo URL
Enter your credentials
| Field | Action |
|---|---|
| Username | Enter the username assigned by your supervisor or system administrator. |
| Password | Enter your password. Click the eye icon to show or hide characters. |
| Remember Me | Tick this checkbox to have the browser remember your username on this device. |
| Select Campaign | Click the dropdown and select the campaign you are working on for this shift. A campaign must be selected before proceeding. |
