leads - Ringingo Knowledgebase

The Leads screen is Ringingo’s main contact list interface. It displays every lead record with contact status, assigned campaign, disposition history, and attempt count. Administrators and supervisors can search, filter, create, import, export, and bulk-manage lead records from this screen.

Lead list fields

Field	Description
Name	Full name of the lead contact.
Phone Number	Primary contact number the dialer uses for outbound calls.
Campaign	Outbound or blended campaign this lead is assigned to.
Lead Group	Batch group the lead belongs to.
Status	Lead lifecycle: New, Contacted, Callback, Converted, DNC, Exhausted.
Last Disposition	Most recent outcome code applied by an agent.
Actions	View history (eye), view timeline (clock), edit (pencil), delete (bin).

Action	Description
+ Create Lead	Open a form to enter a single new lead manually.
Batch Update	Bulk-modify status, campaign, or lead group for a selected set.
Delete	Permanently remove selected records (cannot be undone).
Filters	Multi-criteria filter by campaign, group, status, date, agent.
Export	Download the filtered set as CSV.
Import	Upload a CSV of new leads matching the mapping template.
Column Mapping	Configure which custom and standard fields display as columns.

When importing leads via CSV, ensure the Phone Number column contains numeric digits only, without spaces, dashes, or country code prefixes (unless the Phone Code field is separately defined in the mapping). Malformed numbers are rejected during import validation.
