# Rotate Outbound Numbers with Caller-ID Groups

> Caller-ID Groups are pools of outbound CLIs that Ringingo rotates through during dialing to reduce spam flagging and improve connect rates.

Caller-ID Groups are pools of outbound phone numbers (CLIs) that Ringingo rotates through during campaign dialing. Instead of displaying a single fixed number, the platform cycles through multiple numbers, which improves answer rates and reduces number blocking by recipients.

## Group list fields

| Field         | Description                                                                        |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Group Name | Unique display name for the CLI pool. |
| Phone Numbers | Numbers included in the rotation pool. |
| Status | Toggle to activate or deactivate. Inactive groups cannot be assigned to campaigns. |
| Actions | Edit the group to add or remove numbers, or delete the group. |

<Tip>
  Use Caller-ID Groups for outbound campaigns with high dial volumes. Rotating through a pool of numbers reduces the risk of individual numbers being flagged as spam by carriers or call-blocking apps, which directly improves connect rates.
