# Schedule Automated CDR Report Delivery

> Set up automated CDR reports delivered by email at daily, weekly, or monthly intervals. Ideal for compliance audits and client reporting.

Report Scheduling lets administrators configure automated delivery of CDR reports at defined intervals. Scheduled reports are generated by Ringingo and delivered by email to configured recipients without manual intervention. Use this for daily performance reviews, client reporting, and compliance audits.

## CDR Report

The CDR Report Scheduling screen lists every previously requested scheduled report. Each row shows the report name, request date, data date range, total call records included, and generation status.

* **COMPLETED**: the report CSV is ready. Use the download icon in the Actions column to retrieve the file.
* **PROCESSING**: the report is still being generated and will be ready within a few minutes, depending on volume.

## Schedule a new report

  Click **Schedule Report** to configure a new automated report. Specify the report name, date range, recipient email addresses, and delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).

  Use Report Scheduling to set up daily CDR digests for Team Leaders and weekly performance summaries for Operations Managers. Automating report delivery reduces administrative overhead and ensures consistent data visibility across the organisation.
