# Login Logout Report: Agent Session and Attendance

> The Login Logout report is the audit trail for agent sessions. Use it for attendance tracking, shift adherence, and paid hours calculation.

The Login Logout Report provides a complete audit trail of when each agent logged in and out of Ringingo. It is critical for attendance tracking, shift adherence, and accurate paid-hours calculation.

## Open the report

    Click **Reports** in the side navigation.

  <Step title="Select Login Logout Report">
    Scroll to the lower tile section and click **Login Logout Report**.

  <Step title="Apply filters">
    Set the date range and (optionally) a specific user, then click **Search**.

## Filters

| Filter     | How to use it                                           |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Start Date | Beginning of the audit period.                          |
| End Date   | End of the period.                                      |
| User       | Leave blank for all agents, or select a specific agent. |

## Columns

| Column           | Description                                |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Agent Name       | Full name of the agent.                    |
| Login Time       | Exact timestamp when the agent logged in.  |
| Logout Time      | Exact timestamp when the agent logged out. |
| Session Duration | Total logged-in time.                      |
| Login Type       | Method of login (Web, App, Extension).     |
| IP Address       | Source IP of the login (if captured).      |

  Export the report to Excel or CSV using the export icon (top-right) for payroll or compliance submissions. Agents must not log out mid-call or during ACW wrap-up. Improper logout produces inaccurate session data.
