<Tip>
  Upload audio prompts in 8kHz mono WAV format for best compatibility with SIP telephony infrastructure. Higher sample rates (16kHz, 44.1kHz) may be downsampled by the carrier and result in quality degradation. Record prompts in a quiet environment with a consistent speaking pace.
</Tip>

<Tip>
  Record your prompts clearly and professionally before uploading. Keep the message concise. State each option once and avoid long pauses.
