# How to Set Up Caller-ID Groups

  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Phone numbers are added to the group after creation by editing the group record. Ensure all numbers in the pool are properly provisioned and activated with your carrier before assigning the group to a live campaign.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Use Caller-ID Groups for outbound campaigns with high dial volumes. Rotating through a pool of numbers reduces the risk of individual numbers being flagged as spam by carriers or call-blocking applications.
