# How to Create a Voice Broadcast Campaign

> Send pre-recorded audio messages to a phone list from Ringingo with caller ID, AMD, retries, recording, and TRAI-compliant scheduling windows.

Voice Broadcasting delivers pre-recorded audio messages to a list of phone numbers automatically, without requiring live agents.

  <Step title="Navigate to Voice Broadcast">
    Navigate to **Broadcasting → Voice Broadcast** in the left sidebar menu.

  <Step title="Create a broadcast">
    Click **+ Create Voice Broadcast**.

  <Step title="Fill in the fields">
    Fill in the fields:

    | Field                     | Description                                                                                                                                                                    |
    | ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
    | Name (required)           | Unique label for the broadcast campaign.                                                                                                                                       |
    | Caller ID Type (required) | **Manual** (fixed number) or **Group** (rotates through a Caller ID Group pool).                                                                                               |
    | Caller ID                 | Required when Caller ID Type is Manual. The number displayed to recipients.                                                                                                    |
    | Channel (required)        | The SIP channel or trunk group for broadcast calls.                                                                                                                            |
    | Max Retries (required)    | Reattempt count before marking a lead as exhausted (default: 3).                                                                                                               |
    | Call Retries Disposition  | Disposition code applied when maximum retries are reached.                                                                                                                     |
    | Outgoing Rule             | The SIP trunk routing rule for all broadcast calls.                                                                                                                            |
    | Timeout                   | Maximum ring duration per attempt before classifying as unanswered.                                                                                                            |
    | Status (required)         | Enable to activate for scheduled execution.                                                                                                                                    |
    | AMD (required)            | When enabled, AI voice analysis is detecting whether a live person or answering machine answered. Machine-detected calls can be skipped, logged, or play an alternate message. |
    | Recording (required)      | Enable to record all broadcast calls.                                                                                                                                          |

    Define the lead list source and scheduling window (Start Time and End Time).

    Click **Save**.

<Tip>
  Enable AMD (Answering Machine Detection) for all Voice Broadcast campaigns targeting mobile numbers. Without AMD, pre-recorded messages may play into answering machine inboxes.

  Configure the broadcast Start Time and End Time to comply with TRAI calling hour restrictions (typically 09:00 to 21:00 local time). Broadcasts running outside permitted hours may result in regulatory violations and carrier-level call blocking.
