# Review Your Call Logs and Hangup Causes

> My Call Logs is the technical record of every call you handled. Check durations, call modes, and why each call ended.

**My Call Logs** is a detailed record of every call you have made or received. It is different from Recordings: it shows the technical log of the call, not the audio. Use it to check durations, outcomes, and hangup reasons.

## Call log columns

| Column        | What it shows                                                       |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Date          | Date and time the call took place.                                  |
| Customer Name | Name of the customer from the lead record.                          |
| Phone Number  | The number that was called or called in.                            |
| Duration      | Total length of the call in HH:MM:SS format.                        |
| Call Mode     | Inbound, Outbound Auto, or Manual.                                  |
| Hangup Cause  | Why the call ended: Agent Hungup, Customer Hungup, No Answer, Busy. |
| Action        | View the full call detail or link to the lead record.               |

## Filter call logs

| From Date / To Date | Search within a specific date range.                |
| Phone Number        | Find all logs involving a specific customer number. |
| Call Mode           | Filter by call type: Inbound, Outbound, or Manual.  |
| Hangup Cause        | Identify missed or failed calls.                    |
